The unusually cool morning started with some tunes. I found El Tigre already in the parking lot Jammin' the Rock. Later, Natty Lite slide into a ganster parking spot Rockin' the 'Jam (Pearl Jam that is…) Every morning should start with a healthy dose of tunes.
Natty Lite fresh off his win of his you-versus-you triathlete challenge, recounted stories of the zero calorie, no-cholesterol seriousness of triathletes today. Pam can be used as a buttery lubricant to squeeze yourself and your no-nonsense determination into a wetsuit. I will never look at my morning egg the same again.

Traveling Rock: ?Once again the PAX was treated to some rock. This time in the form of a landscaping drainage rocka of higher density than Eddie Vedder. Instructions included: Pick a rock light enough to carry for a distance, but heavy enough to make mama proud (tomorrow is Mother's Day!) Of course the results was varied from handsized stones to geological mini-wonders that possibly contained its own micro orbit. The journey started with a mosey around 'hood to the puzzle-ment and fear of all who witnessed. I'm still waiting for the HOA notice or Nextdoor post of strange men stalking with rocks. Along the route, we executed two rounds of these exercises for each stop:
- Shoulder Press x 10 IC
- Rows x 10 IC
- Triceps x 10 IC
- Curls x 10 IC
- Front Lifts x 10 IC
As we executed the exercises, we rotated so that everyone would get a chance at every rock. There was one rock that was sharp-edged and appeared to be an axe blade for a neanderthal giant secretly dwelling in modern day Riverbend. One slip of a hand, and one would be missing a finger, or worse yet, adjust their Jewish/Gentile classification. The rock was appropriately dubbed the "The Circumsizer".
After several stops and a return to the rock-adorned drainage ditch, the pax satisfyingly but precisely fit their rock back to the exact spot and orientation. Definitely not a leg day, but it seems to be a sweet spot for 704.

Great job, men! Always a pleasure to lead a great group. Happy Mother's Day!
