Now that the stage was set, here's the performance:
100 merkins – Partner 1 runs up ramp and back to start while Partner 2 pushes the merkins out, flip flop. Plank when complete.
Run to ramp on other side of mall
200 low flutters, single count. #1 runs while #2 flutters away, flip flop and plank when finished.
Run back to starting ramp.
300 squats – you know the routine
Back to other ramp for 200 LBCs
Return to start for another 100 merkins, because you know, there's always room for more merkins.
Mosey back to the fountain for the curtain call.

Wow, huge showing today. Well done! Great mix of the usual suspects and some new faces. Solid work from all the PAX, but no surprise to see Soprano and Wafflehouse out front most of the time. Strong work fellas!
Great to see Zuul out at HW. Tall respect (had to throw a Chicago-ism in at some point)! The Birkdale crew was out in force, with a count of 8 this morning.
We also had an surprise inspection from a member of the administration… Mini Me brought along an FNG / work associate (Brian) to join in the fun. As he was checking out the new F3 shirt design,
HatTrick commented that he didn't know we had a website for gear. I guess we used to
sell them out of someone's trunk, so here you go brother:
