- In the end an impressive time to the miles for Spork today.
- Ponch apparently has kept his fitness up.
- Clubber after hearing about the Jelly Donut quote was also thinking about Fitness "Fitness (fittin' dis) Jelly Donut in my mouth"
- Lots of good solid efforts by several completing their first Murph today.
