The ‘Merican was a “Staple” of the Beatdown

18 hard-charger sallied forth under a full moon and a blanket of steam to march with the Army under the tutelage of a Navy squid.  Non-registered paxes Doyle, The Magnificent and Stapler, along with FNG Matt were there.

The THANG:

Honestly, now that it's 13 hours later, YHC cannot recall what we did.  It was something like this:

Front leaning rest for muster, instruction and inspection.  15 x Americans to step off the march.

Lap with side shuffles, backwards running, etc.

CoP:

20 x ssh

10 x windmill

15 x IST

something else

Mosey to bars for

5 pull ups, 5 chin ups, 5 command ups, 5 toe ups.

Mosey to another area.  Stop for some pain.

Continue mosey to Bridge over  the River Pain.

10 up and overs.

10 x entire bridge sprints

5 up and overs

Bear crawl tunnel

Periodic sprints back toward launch with stops for squats, stretch, and other various elements of pain including monkey humpers and pickle pounders

Stapleskin:

Word on the street was that Stapler was jonesing for some a real snot-woggler.  So we did about 300 "staplers", including some versions on the Bridge Rails over the River Pain.  You're welcome Stapler.

Monkey-humpers on Schneider's front stoop were impressive for his neighbors who were out for their early promenade.

The Magnificent. Sprints.  Fast.  Enough said on that.

Welcome to FNG Matt O!  Come on bac out and bring more of the suds crew.

Thanks for the chance to Q Mr. Auto.  The crew in the Army remains Navy strong!

Great moring shipmates.  Thanks for showing.  ISI.

Goat sends.
