7 Men ventured into Cobalt this overcast morning for the MLMWC's!

 

Warmorama:

High Knees, Butt Kicks, Side Steps L&R, SSH x 25 IC, Wind Mills x 15, Yoga Stretch, Cherry Pickers x 15

 

 

The Thang:  

 

M- mercans 

L- LBC's

M- Mountain Climbers

W- WWII sit ups

C- Carolina Dry Docks 

 

The pax lined up at the base of the parking lot and we did 25 single count reps of all of the above exercises together.  

 

After we completed 25 reps of all of the exercises above, we ran about 1/2 mile and returned to base of parking lot.  

Then the pax completed 24 reps of all excercises above

Run 1/2 mile

23 reps of the above exercises

Run 1/2 mile

22 reps of the above exercises.

 

Mary:  All- inclusive!

Moleskin:

  • Pax greeted by Jolly Roger, Ramrod, Calypso, and Swing State this am!  
  • Apparently the above gentlemen had already completed a morning stroll of about 2.5miles.  Good Morning!
  • Apparently 4 out 5 dentists recommend flossing and whitening toothpaste, one of the pax didn't (name starts with O)
  • JR confused Q with count, no telling how many of warm up exercises we did.
  • Warm up and cool down all in the beginning….namaste
  • Cobalt needs to come up with a team for the basin run in November!  Team of 6
  • It was an honor leading this great group of men this morning!
