The Jungle was full of surprises


13 Pax came out to the Mighty Jungle to see what surprises Rocket had in store for them.  And surprised they were . Here is the quick run down.

Started off with the Motivator (minus Blackbeard since he chose to straggle in a few minutes late),  The motivator was a series of side straddle hops singled counted starting at 10 and counting down to 1, through a progression of 4 variations of side straddle hops.  So each set was 40, 36, 32, 28….4 

Then there were 10 random workout stations printed on strips of paper, I asked the pax to select one and that was the excercise we had to do.  Blackbeard chose first because he was late and the Pax had to 14 pull-ups counting down in alternating fashion all the way to one.

Next random excercise was 8 count body buildiers, plus a few more mary excercises.  Mosied to the Mighty Oak to partake in sets of leap frog burpees, mosied back to the circle for a full circle of chack a lacka choochie (or whatever it is called), finished up at Copperhead Mountain with quadraphilia and burpees.  

Overall the Pax worked hard and endured through the various excercises.  Nice work!!
