A little late with this one so just a few bullets
– We played team dodgeball on the tennis courts
– Rules: No head shots, if it bounces first it doesn't count, if the person that got you out gets out, you're back in
– Pain for getting out and team pain for losing a match (Mericans, burpees, monkey humpers, WWII's, etc.)
– Moses recruited our 10th from the basketball courts
– Turnpike ran 12 miles before the workout – T-claps
– Oyster took us out
