No rain at the Glen.

We were happy to welcome TrickDaddy from Concord today. Holy Water also joined us, but he is not yet in "the list". Big Mean and Pierogi rucked and rolled, and Cupcake made an appearance to drop off the flag.

With the expectation of rain this morning, I anticipated a light crowd at the Glen. The Pax did not disappoint, nor did the weather.  We started our morning with the Pledge of Allegience led by Lear.

Warmarama

We started the warmup with a call for Superman/banana just to get us moistened for the rest of the workout.

15 each in Cadence SSH, IST, WM, and CPs. And of course, 10 burpees OYO.

The Thang

We took a long mosey down to the boat ramp, and I instructed the Pax about the "Top" and the "Bottom".

We started off at the Bottom, and the task was to travel 5 parking spots and do a specific exercise. This gave us about 5 rounds of each exercise. We did, Bear Crawl/ Merkins, Lunge Walk/ Squats, Broad Jumps/ Maktharndyes, ?/ CDDs, Sprint/ Burpees.

A short mosey to the swings for three rounds of 10 Swing Merkins, 10 Squats, and 10 Step Ups each leg.

We continued our mosey to the stairs for a couple laps down and back up.

Mary

25 LBCs, 15 dying cockroach, 15 WW IIs, 15 Box Cutters, some Pillow Talk L and R, and something terrible that Tailhook wanted to do. Abtabular? Abragious? Absucks? I can't remember.

Thank you all for joining today. Great discussions at Coffeeteria, as always. Good luck next week to all of our BRR runners.
