Run baby run

….need to get Bones in the Dbase

A fairly unconventional start got some mumble chatter going.  We did the usual Merkins, mtn climbers, but putting SSH at the end caught folks off guard.  Also, the extremely slow Wind Mill with stretching at the top brought “stretch groans.”

We tried something a little different from the usual partner shared reps with running.  Rather than simply alternate running, we had the pax run a length with their partner.  This added considerable to the run total.  Aussie and Hollywood kicked the running part into gear.

One partner began the exercise while one ran down and back.  Rather than flip/flop there, they ran together to the other end where partner two picked up the count.  We continued this approach for 100 Merkins, 200 Squats and 300 LBC’s.

All were expecting some “off campus” time so we headed out to the far end of the big green along Bailey road and started a Burpee/Merkin 11 ladder (10,1, 9,2…) with Burpees at the top of the hill.  Called an audible at 7/4 so we could make it back on time.

Yosemite (Touch them Heels), Tuffy (low dollie) assisted with Mary.  We had a third, but I can’t recall.

I do remember that Titan, Waffle House and Omega volunteered for the next 3 Q’s.

Moses led a compelling COT for us fathers, particularly of girls, to seek the grace and wisdom to be the fathers they need in their life.  I understand the challenges raising daughters.  They are different.  Let’s be what they need!

I appreciated the hard work of everyone yesterday as it motivates me to do better!
