Mosey behind Harris Teeter. 10x Bear Crawl to wall hand stand. I think this is a crowd pleaser. I've got some more coming on my next Q.

Mosey to rock pile. grab a rock medium to large. It's U vs. U. NO travelling. I'm disappointed Bailey didn't pick a rock but he did some squat somewhere. #poopalert

15x Full curl, 15x Shoulder press. drop the rocks and moved 3 to ur right. 15x Goblet Squat, 10x Skull Crusher. return the rocks. Mosey to Jetton park entrance.

10x each leg Step UP, 10x Box Jump, 15x Incline Merkin, 10x Decline Merkin, 15x Dip. Mosey inside the park. we stop at playground.

1st group 10x Pull UP. 2nd group 10x Carolina Dry Dock. Flap jack then repeato 3x. Mosey back to AO. ALWAYS check the six. Jazzhands got the six. Thank you brother!

Mary: 5x Bear Roll, 20x LBC, 20x Rosalita, 20x Low Dolly, 10x Monkey Humper then Elbow Plank 'til 615am. Recover, Recover.

My BRR team captain ( The Count ) and I arrived at the same time wondering if just the two of us and we can grab a coffee and call out for today but at 5:28am cars start coming.
