1 Name O'Rama I could not make out… please help me.

Again, pre-blast is a work in progress for YHC.. None needed as everyone enjoys good jazz! This was NOT an Outlaw approved workout. The chatter was loud, constant, and awesome. YHC brough some serious pain after Pax made it clear they were going to disrupt :). The Thang was good fun, even though Omega avoided us due to Thursday football issues. Q style has been nicknamed Angry Bird, which I kinda agree with., with anger (BagBoy) being the theme. The Pax was crazy awesome strong and brought so much joy.  Thank you!

Here is how it all went down….

21 hard chargers arrived to make good on a solid workout in the gloom. The Pax was strong, and the workout was setup to meet that strength. YHC attempted a full body workout and a smoke fest incurred (Once again, YHC was smoked at the very least).

Mosey to the track for a lap from parking lot around the baseball field back for Warm-o- Rama (quick lap)
