Wheels up means running

Bones, you need to get in the system

We warmed up with some Mtn Climbers, 8 count body builders and Merkins then recovered for a Mosey to the Greenway.  We diverted to the road near the grassy knoll for additional warm-up such as the cherry picker and some runner's stretch.  We arrived at the greenway, my personal favorite and headed towards 115, almost leaving Primo and Waffle HOuse who were headed the other way, maybe trying to run from their wives?  Not sure.

Fortunately Waffle HOuse rejoined us as he was the only one with a headlamp.  He was very popular.  Very Popular.

Suffice it to say, we had a number of pain stations, my favorite being a longer than normal plank, which involved absolutely no audible BS calls!!  Strong group.  Several did meet the challenge of getting all the way to 115 by actually touching the road while the rest of us headed our mothers' calls and dared approach such road.

Lone star is still nursing a bad leg, but worked it hard and Dr. Seuss didn't know the term "bring your wheels" meant we were running. Now, in addition to Blackbeard, he may avoid some of my Q's.  Come to me, Blackbeard!!  Strong work Dr. Seuss.  I think the BRR has your name next year!!

We got home just at 6:15.
