1 – ‘ Merica swings OYO – double the 2 dice for count
2 – Curls IC – dice roll each arm
3 – Bent row IC – dice roll each side
4- Skull crusher IC double the 2 dice for count
5 – Squats IC double the 2 dice for count
6- Russian swings OYO – double the dice followed by one minute plank
In total we did about 6 rounds with everyone taking turns rolling
