A fine brisk morning for a LKNBRR taper session. Fully accomplished and even gave the arms a burn too. The lenght of each run today also cut down on the mumblechatter.
Great to see Yosemite and Hacker out there crushing the running today. Don't think they broke a sweat.

Thanks Outlaw for the opportunity to Q. I almost sent a note yesterday just checking to make sure I was stilll clear for Q takeoff, but then thought, naaaaahhhhh, the Dr always checks the calendar. I'm glad it worked out.
Special Sauce and BagBoy can be seen all around Lake Norman this Friday night/Saturday morning volunteering for the LKN-BRR. I'd say this duo was in rare form today, but they act like that all the time.
