Seven blumpkins made it out on All Hallows Eve to bask in the Greatness of the Great Pumpkin (err Q). Pax was hoping that the Great Q would rise out of the Quarry that he thinks is the most sincere and bring toys and treats to all Pax in attendance. This is what really happened

The Thang

Do 45 seconds of high intensity of each of the following exercises followed by a 20 second rest:

  • Mercans

  • Burpees

  • Squats

  • High knees

  • Decline mercans

  • Lunges

  • Mountain climbers

  • Calf raises

  • Sprints

  • LBC's

  • CDD's

  • Apollo Anton Ono's

  • Incline mercans

  • 6 inches leg raise

  • Mason twist

We did this twice. And therefore no more time left for Mary

  • It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown originally came out in 1966, and still holds up upon rewatching it 51 years later

  • The Great Q providing neither candy, nor toys, nor costumes for the workout was the trick

  • While Pax has shown some improvement, HR has received some complaints and is recommended cultural sensitivity training

  • Got two full rounds of HIIT in which was awesome. The treat is on all of us
