Arrived at the AO at 5:28 to find Jimmy Olson and Caboose wondering if they were going to need to improvise since the Q had yet to arrive. Thankfully I got there just before 5:30. The three of us started off with a leisurely mosey around the front parking lots to allow time for the group who opted for the preworkout rucking to arrive. At approximately 5:35 Etch-A-Sketch, Tweetsie and Labon emerged from the gloom.
The six of us circled up for Warm-o-rama (I cannot remember exactly what we started with. Below is what I remembered):
- Side Straddle Hop x20
- Windmills x10
- Toy Soldiers x10
- Girl fights for about 45 seconds
Broke up into 3 pairs for some Dora.
Partner 1 ran to the end of the parking lot and back, while partner 2 did as many reps as possible. Flapjack until the total number of reps were acheived.
- 100 Dips along the wall
- 200 Merkins (100 incline/100 regular)
- 300 air squats
After everyone had completed the Dora exercise, we took the long way around the school and moseyed to the far end of the paved running track. Partner 1 took a lap around the track while partner 2 performed WWI's AMRAP. Flapjack.
Moseyed back to the front parking lot.
- 10 burpies OYO
- 10 count rest
- 10 burpies OYO
We were all feeling a smoked at this point, so we took a rest on the wall with People's Chair. Some Overhead Presses were involved as well.
The pax circled up in the parking lot for some Mary. We all took turns leading the PAX with low leg flutters, pretzel crunches, dead cocaroaches, and LBC's. Jimmy Olson closed it out with about 90 seconds of leg stretches.
The COT ended with Tweetsie, Labon, Jimmy Olsen and myself since Etch-a-Sketch and Caboose had to leave a little early. Prayers were lifted for Schneider and his family during this difficult time. Thanks to all the PAX who showed. It was a great way to kick off a cold and dreary morning.
