With the digital age, the world seems to move so fast. Five pax ignored the fact that there was no preblast on Twitter and just showed up at Barnette Elementary / Richard Barry Park at 0700 on a Saturday morning because that is what they wanted to do and they expected that at least one other guy would do the same. The Q did not plan the workout beforehand by searching for new exercises on YouTube. He relied on conversation and observation and chose exercises that were hard but that we all could do. There was no agenda to rush through so there was plenty of time for good chatter.

As your humble correspondent (YHC) is writing this the day after the workout, there is news to share that was not available yesterday morning. Effective no later than the 5th anniversary of The Estate (January 5th, 2018), there will be a new Master Q (possibly a co-MQ) of The Estate!!! Freedom did some recruiting at the F3 Christmas party last night and the names will be release when the contract has been finalized…

Freedom and Snake Eyes were the first MQ's of The Estate which began on January 5th, 2013. The MQ responsibility was handed over to Jolly Roger sometime in late 2014 or early 2015 who then handed the MQ duties to YHC in December 2015. It's been 2 years for me with the first year being easier than the last. I trained for (and ran) a Marathon in May of this year and have been training for another in March of next year for the past two months. I probably held on to the MQ role a little too long so remember that when it's YOUR turn.
