Can't deny it, this was a cold workout. Unofficialy it was 7 degrees. This is why we ran so much to keep the blood flowing. Many frozen beards arrived. Luckily your Q was wearing a faceguard so I was spared the frozen beard although my eyelashes had ice forming on them. FNG was a co worker of Sporks, Lloyd. Nicknamed Spicoli from Fast Times at Ridgemount High.
Reflection:
Keep up the EH'ing men. We don't always see the effect we are having on others but it is there. I personally need each of you bad. Since the 2.0 was born over the summer I have silently suffered from some mild depression resulting from multiple factors. Weight gain, stress, work/home balance, lifestyle change to name a few. The time I spend on slack joking with you guys and the occasional post I make allowing me just get to get out of the house and hang out with some men and workout is what puts a smile on my face and helps me feel normal again. People need F3 whether you can see it or not. I am always there for all of you as I know you would be for me. Thanks for the oppurtunity to Q.
