Four of the 28216’s elite regimen made it out on a, relatively speaking, warmer morning but surprisingly icy to participate and celebrate the Q’s two year F3 anniversary, a Nattiversary if you will. Here is there story.

Pair up with a partner. Partner 1 runs around two islands in the parking lot and back. Partner 2 starts the exercise. When Partner 1 returns, he picks up the count where 2 left off. Repeato until 100.

The official F3 anniversary date was on January 7, 2016 at Overlook/Cobalt, so we took some liberties with celebrating the Nattiversary today

In looking back to the past and reminiscing, Q really thought that some of yooz would be in much better shape by now

There may have been some counting irregularities at the beginning of the first set. 83 Mercans after just two people on a team went? Then I witnessed the exercise form on display and it all made sense

With an even 4, Pax mastered the art or switching partners flawlessly

While this may not have been picked up by the Swiss timing, partner running pace got much slower during the burpee set
