1 Eight count body builder at the bottom of the hill, run up to the top for 10 WWII sit ups…run back down for 2 Eight count body builders then run back up for 9 WWII sit ups….and so on

Merkin shuffle the distance of the parking lot

Broad jump burpees the distance of the parking lot

Merkin time bomb – started at 5

Lung walk up the hill

1.  Nice work by Crack today – he killed it during our ladder session.

2.  YHC knows it's a hard workout when one of the baddest dude's around (Lear) walks out on you.  Much respect to Lear for doing what some men half his age can't do.

4.  Finger Lickin Good – thanks for the opportunity to lead today.  Props to you for completing the workout with a ruck. The way you completed the merkin shuffle was an inspiration.
