2 quick runners awaited me as I pulled up – tried to go araound the circle and pretend I was lost, didn't see them, but I parked and ran behind them anyway. No Mortimer – suspect it is like no one actually watching Charles Barkley swing a golf club for fear it might be contagious – Mort might get slower running with, er in front of me. 

The thang:

3 mile run

Stretch:

Calves – BOTH muscles (and both legs)

Hamstrings

ITBs (+ piriformis)

Hip flexors
