Bam Bam laughed at this one!


13 strong with documented Pax and 2 others.  Rename of "Dirty Water" to "Rooter" and one other that I missed.  My apologies about missing a PAX memebers name.  Anyone whom knows who the lucky 13 was please let me know I will update.

We started with some side straddle hop warm up interlaced with a few burpees.

When then proceeded to running sprints and execise breaks at each corner.

First corner 5 baby crunch – good to get chest and back wet.

Sprint – then pause push ups at next corner

Sprint – 20 hand release mercans

Sprint – make our way to pull up bars

Once at bars 5 Toes to bar and proceed to bottom of lot by entrance for 10 count of Rocky Balboa up/downs

back to top of lot 5 Toes to bar and 10 pull ups and proceed to bottom of lot by entrance for 10 count of Rocky Balboa up/downs

back to top of lot 5 Toes to bar, 10 pull ups, 15 hand release mercans and proceed to bottom of lot by entrance for 10 count of Rocky Balboa up/downs

back to top of lot 5 Toes to bar, 10 pull ups, 15 hand release mercans, 20 IC burpees and proceed to bottom of lot by entrance for 10 count of Rocky Balboa up/downs

back to top of lot 5 Toes to bar, 10 pull ups, 15 hand release mercans and back down to cars.

Tried a bear crawl indian run but it failed horribly.
