- First: let me say I was completely blown away by the support from the Pax today. 26 other souls decided to beat back the Fartsack, left their sleeping Ms, and showed me some love on this Valentines day. Loved to see so many familiar faces and some new ones. Just incredible.
- Second: Thank you Swingstate for your guidance, encouragement, and support leading up to my VQ.
- Third: Oscillation: (noun) movement back and forth at a regular speed. So yea, I could see where that could be confusing.
- Fourth: A special thank you to the boys from the Hood. E, Walt, Jeff, Nick you fellas push me everyday to get better and stronger.
- Fifth (and final): F3 has changed my life. Since my first post in October I've dropped 30 lbs and am stronger than ever. The brotherhood is strong.
