First Off, Sorry Blackbeard. I need to use my rookie blackblast posting late card here. I wanted to make sure all the guys that came out got the credit they deserved for showing up.

Jog 1 lap around the school

·  SSH

·  IST

·  Cotton pickers

·  Toy Soldier

·  Girl Fight

·  Burpees

4 Corners

– in main parking lot, start in 1 corner and run to first corner, 5 burpees

– run to second corner 20 squats

– run to third corner 15 merkins

– run to forth corner 20 LBC

*plank till group catches up

2nd round

– 10 burpees

– 25 squats

– 20 merkins

– 25 LBC

Last Round

– 15 burpees

– 30 squats

– 25 merkins

– 30 LBC

Next:

Jog and grab blocks and take to blue picnic tables

– as group 

·  20 curls

·  5 burpees

·  20 shoulder press

·  30 Step ups total

·  15 dips

·  20 lungs

·  then jog to pull up bar – 10 pull ups

·  then 10 more pull ups

·  20 merkins

·  jog back and repeat

 

Then Circle up for Mary, each man picks till time is up
