Mosey to the Thunderdome, also known as the Overlook gazebo. Do some squats and Apollo Anton Mercans along the way
Once at the gazebo, do the following timed exercises (with the aid of picnic tables) for 30 seconds on and a 10 second rest between exercises

Based on the “candy ass” comment in the pre/blast, Pax recommends new prototype of a chocolate covered sphincter with a candied center. May need some help with branding/marketing
