The Mighty Jungle and Bricks

Pax had a great time toting bricks around while doing various excercises geared toward working on those running arms.

Did various warm-ups:  Seal claps front and overheaed, side straddle hops, cotton pickers, et al…

Escalating four corners:  2 pull-ups, 4 Merkins, 8 squats, 12 WWII sit-ups all with bricks (except the pull-ups)

Repeato 5x until last sets were 10 pull-ups, 24 Merkins, 28 squats and 32 WWII sit-ups

Then went on the tour of St. Marks and partook in several on the fly activities including dips, chattalackachochee, bear crawls, crab walks, wall jumps, peoples chair, Yo Adrian's,  back to Mary

Finished up with around the circle Mary….

Arms are feeling it this morning.  Thanks to the PAX had some good mumble chatter.
