4 ran the standard before the beat down even began (YHC, The Force, Lawn Dart and Bootleggers first standard). Then 7 more joined in for the fun to make a total of 11. This is their story:
WARMORAMA:
Run backwards up the hill, with a little side shuffle to spice it up. Round one of warmorama was SSHx13ic, ISTx13ic and Windmillx13ic. Mosey 100 yards for Round two (a repeato of round one). I was going to do a third round since the date was 3/13, but we were already warmed up and I was getting the feeling the pax were feeling slighted by the easiness. So, we moved on.
THANG:
Find some curb or parking space block: Riverdance (or Balboas) x13ic, Repeato with arms out at your sides. Repeato with arms out front. Repeato with arms overhead.
Mosey to the Ridge Wall (knee wall at Carrington Ridge). Pinky Pies: 1 incline Mericans, go over the wall for 1 dip. Go back over the wall for 2 incline Mericans. Back over for 2 dips…up to 10. Pax seemed a little worn, so we did step ups x10 each leg OYO. What goes up, must come down: Pinky Pies: 9, 8, 7…back down to 1.
Mosey to back side of school where there are some 4 square blocks. Line hops x13ic: First set side to side. Second set back and forth. Third set around the grid. Forth set around the opposite direction.
Mosey to playground for some partner back work. Helping Hands x5 each arm, each partner. Revercans x10 with your legs on your partner's shoulders (66 says the experience is best if you face your partner). Dips OYO x10. REPEATO Revercans, then REPEATO Helping Hands.
Mosey to wall for Sweet Carolina Dry Docks (feet on the wall) x8ic. People's Chair xThe Force's 10 count. REPEATO Sweet-CDD x8ic.
Reverse Indian Run down to the launch pad (note to self and other Qs: don't ever try that again).
