Field Activity @ Robbins Park field – Line-up on the end-line, conduct the first exercise, sprint the other end-line complete the exercise and return (e.g. 10, 8, 6, and 4)

  • Hand-release Merkins

  • Jump Lunges

  • Scorpion Drydocks

Mosey back to AO with SSH 15 IC in route, head the hill behind the baseball field

  • Quadraphilia up the hill with Jump Lunges 20 OYO and repeato 4x

Mary:

  • Low Flutter x 20 IC

  • Low Dolly x 20 IC

  • Freddie Mercury x 20 IC

  • Plank (1 minute)

Moleskin:

  • Mumble chatter ensued early. YHC confused the Pax and took them off the AO “Where are we going?”

  • Once at the Robbins Park field, we could hardly hear ourselves count with the Mac Davis rendition of “It hard to be humble” by Jazzhands. Hat Trick tried to disconnect and power down but to no avail.

  • The workout proved to be full body.Many complained “it’s too much running!”

  • Finally, Quadraphilia was the kicker!Hamstrings were screaming!
