The Thang:

In the spirit of March Madness and the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament, the pax did 16 exercises with 16 reps.  The following exercises were performed:

  3.  Squats x 16 IC
  4.  High Knees x16
  5.  Decline Mercans x 16 IC "tailgate"
  6.  Lunges x 16 IC
  7.  Plank x 1min 16 secs
  8.  Mountain Climbers x 16 IC
  9.  Calf Raises x 16 IC
  10.  Sprint x 16
  11.  LBC's 16 IC
  12.  CDD x 16 IC
  13.  Apollo Onyo's x 16 IC
  14.  Incline "tailgate" Mercans x 16 IC
  15.  Low Flutters x 16 IC
  16.  Mason Twists x 16 IC

Moleskin:

  • Better turnout for Thursday than Tuesday.  Membership drive continues…, Pax agreed that house visits may be the answer!
  • Very chilly morning again, 32 degrees.  Can't believe it's Spring… when's the warm weather coming back?
  • Shaft's family camping trip cancelled due to inclement weather forcasted this weekend.   Looks like he's in for Saturday's workout then
  • Our lady compadres decided not to show this am.  Apparently they don't know that spandex and friction creates great warmth, possible chaffing, and severe burning.  Oktoberfest's underwear apparently does the same.
  • Natty's St. Patty's day festivities turned out to be a success!  Everyone got a basecoat (pregame meal) for prevention, no numbness occurred in the extremities, and meaningful conversations carried on after the outing. 
  • 16 Burpees takes your breath away!
