  • Now it's warmer, so all the F3'ers waiting for better weather, It's here baby!
  • 911 gets an honorable mention upon showing up dressed to the 9's, guessing pregame showing with Oktoberfest for opening day ceremonial lunch.
  • It's opening day for baseball, an All-American, apple pie, spring type of day.  Evidently some Cub fans very excited about this and possibly playing hooky today.
  • Pax elected for the less running option, so more repetitions today!
  • Sounds were heard that caused adjustment to the arrangement of the pax during the workout.  Apparently the sounds were J, U, and ICE mixed in.  
  • Double getting pre spring break workout in.  He's ready for the beach now, black tape and all!
  • Did I mention it was Spring Break?  Safe travels to all traveling!
  • Praise on the report of Oktoberfest's sister!  Great news!
  • Prayers for the Germanator's wife's aunt Teresa and her MS treatment!
