9 men rolled out to prepare for the day ahead. Skipper started early with a pre-workout ruck, Shredder came strollin' in stakin' his claim while Shirley advanced covertly from out of the woods. Once Cheetah came trottin' up, YHC kicked it off, to which Atlantis perked up with, "OH you have the Q, there's going to be a lot of running". "Don't anticipate my friend" you never know what your going to get.

Reflection:
Mark 15:42 – 47 "The Burial of Jesus"
Today is Preparation Day (the day before the Sabbath) but shouldn't we make everyday preparation day? What are you preparing for in life, are you looking and listening for the Lord to take you through this life, are you preparing yourself for the next life?
It was an honor to lead today gentlmen, same as all the times in the past. I pray you all have a great Easter.
