Rooters Rite


13 brave Pax ventured out for Rooter's VQ on a beautiful spring morning, 60 degrees with a slight breeze, can't ask for much better.  12 Pax made it to the end, one PAX who shall remain nameless (for privacy concerns and definitley not because Rooter forgot who it was) had to cut out halfway through due to digestive issues. (Apparently easter bunny hops are a good bowel loostener).  12/13 PAX finishing, acceptable loss rate, I'll call it a win.

WARMUP:

Mosey, circle up

DISCLAIMER (Rooter definitly did not forget this or anything)

SSH X12IC, ISTx12IC, windmill x10IC, squats x10IC, mosey.

THE THANG:

Lunge claps down the parking aisle (full length, no wait halfway, eh ok to the lightpole, nvm go full length), Mericans x20IC, mosey back to start of next aisle.

Crouching crab walk half of parking aisle, sprint to end. Mericans x15 IC. Mosey back to start of next aisle.

Easter Bunny Hop halfway down aisle, sprint to end.  Mericans x10 IC.  Mosey to back parking area.

10 pullups, CDDs x15IC, Front to back jumps x20IC, Side to side jumps x20 IC. Mericans x10 IC. LBCs x20IC. Low flutter x20IC.

Repeato…without LBCs or Low Flutter (on purpose, definitely not because Rooter forgot these…).

Mosey back to rock pile to grab some rocks. 

With rocks: Squat press x10IC, curls x9IC (on purpose, definitely not because Rooter can't count…), Skull crush x9 (again definetly on purpose).  Short lap mosey over to wall.  People's chair 30sec, 45sec, mosey back to rocks.

Repeato rock excercises, IC, 9 or 10 reps (depending on the complexity of the counting involved).

Mosey 3/4 lap and circle up for Mary.

MARY:

Mericans x10 IC, LBCs x20 IC, Low flutter x20 IC, Crunchy frog x15IC, WW2 situps x10 on count, Squats x10 on count, Recover Recover.

MOLESKIN:

– Thanks for everyone bearing with me on my VQ.  Indecision and counting errors aside, I hope everyone enjoyed the workout (well i hope you didn't enjoy it too much).  A wise man once said working out is like giving to God, if you feel too good while your doing it, you can do better! 

– Note to self, add to disclaimer "If you poop yourself, we definitely will not be helping you to your car".

– Rooter will make sure to bring his own watch next Q.
