9 hard chargers ran mile intervals at #F3GAGA this morning at different paces & different times and some chose to show up late and finish early or show up late and finish late (I hope) or start in the middle and finish on time. This is their story:

NMS:
- Gray Ghost asked to do mile intervals at GAGA this morning and then FS
- Still not 100% sure what happened this morning but YHC paced Anchovy while he crushed 4 x 1 mile @ < 7:40 pace with some 2ndF in between with ~7.5 miles total…enjoyed it brother…strong run
- Snoop and Smoke got in the full 6 x 1 mile @ < MP…really strong work
- Good to see Beetle Juice & Garcia both of whom ran to/from the AO and got in 12+ miles…thats a heck of a way to start a Tuesday…BOOM!
- Lone Star, Swing State, & Egyptian…YHC assumes you crushed your runs but honestly no clue…so hope it was fun
- The best part of GAGA is that you can show up not knowing who else will show or if they will show and still get in a solid run and even better 2ndF. It was an honor to lead such a great group of men this morning. Hope everyone is enjoying their spring break…AYE! Until the next time…
