- Welcome FNG Surf and Turf! Crushed it this morning after running the vern out in Mtn Island yesterday…it won't get any easier but you will get stronger
- TClaps to Lego for pulling in yet another FNG…EHing machine
- Free Pass picked up the pace back to the rocks…excited to get to coffee, I guess
- Jazzhands had to bail early but got in most of the burpees

- Get signed up to run, push, volunteer, or cheer at Christina Latini Memorial 8K next Saturday, 4/21
- Prayers up for Ernie, Lego's dad and the men in this area…lots of spoken and unspoken prayers weighing on the hearts of many men this morning
- Thanks to Magnus for the opportunity to Q at The General. What an operation he has over there on Fridays!?! Tunes, Coffee…I was half expecting the full concession stand to open up. TClaps brother!
