Burpee/pull up suicides sprints

 

7 pull ups

Run to first island and do 5 burpees

Run back

7 pull ups

Run to second island and do 5 burpees

Continue till we hit every island and back (5 islands)

Over to Rock Pile – grab a BIG rock

We are doing 100 reps (4 sets of 25) of the following and every time we break we do a short sprint lap (Staying together) – we typically did 25 reps of each, except for the

Curls

Low futter with chestpress

Squat to press

Finished right at 6:15

  • Good work men, the second part of this workout was provided by Croc while talking over the weekend, proved to be a good beatdown
  • some good mumblechatter, glad i didn't actually bet Q bert i can't do 100 pushups in a row as i think  i would have lost.
  • Need Q sign ups at the Sword and DragaonSlayer and others i'm sure, so let's get out and push ourselves to Q some other AO's.
