The pax left from Hope Park and went down Plantation Ridge Drive. Stopped at Montibello. YHC instructed the pax that we would be doing intervals(fartlicks) and try to shoot under your 5K pace. We started by going to the Runningdeer and jogged back. One of the paxs gave a ten count. Next we went to Wendover Trace and jogged back. Another pax gave a ten count. YHC instructed the pax that we would quadraphilia to Steeplechase and than jog to Wendover and sprint back. Ten count was given again and did a repeato but this time sprinting after quadraphilia to Audubon and jogged back. Pierogi was asked to give a ten count and Big Mean told us the story of a woman throwing poop at a waiter because she was unhappy with the service she recieved. A very interesting ten count. We continued after hearing the news with the same but this time stopping at Audubon. The pax finished with sprinting back to the AO.
