Schweddy Bells

Pulled in to the parking lot at 5:20 where Bob Ross was eagerly awaiting today's events.  As we chatted and go time approached I was woandering if any others were to join us.  I knew someone was on the standard  as a vacant car was parked in the back.  Little Finger came runing in with a couple minutes to spare, and the rest came rolling in, literally for Ultraman.  We were informed that The Count may miss the warm up as he had to inspect some noises in the trees and he wanted to ensure our safety.  He joined us after our mosey around the lot.

Warmup included the classics- Side Straddle Hop, Imperial Storm Trooper, Cotton Pickers, and Toy Soldiers

The Thang:

We worked a circuit of 9 exercises followed by a lap and then repeato

20 X Arm Swing OYO

15 X High Pull (originally started IC but di not work and switche to OYO)

10 X Overhead Press (I think we went to 15 once or twice) IC

10 X Curls each for low, high and full all IC

20 X Goblet Squat IC

10 X Lawn Mower each arm IC

15 X Skull Crushers IC

15 X Bent Over Row IC

10 X Windmill each side (this looked better in the video and was replaced by Top Shelf for next two rounds)

Mary cosisted of LBC's, Low Flutter, and BOx Cutter's

We completed 3 full rounds of the circuit.  It must have been a good workout as the Count had a sweat soaked area around him, and during the 3rd round  Amen must have blacked out as he said we forgot to do the skull crushers even though we did complete them.  We had a fly by from Blackbeard who was trying to fit in with all the runners.  Then by Fenway and someone else who ran up quick just to pull down Ultraman's shorts and then run away quick.

Memorial Day Murph convergence at Arnies Army.  Meet at Jason's Deli.  Go Time is 7am

It was a great morning and an honor to lead.  Thank you Count for roping me into HC for the Q.  I appreciate all who came out.  I hope everyone enjoyed it.
