What a great morning to go for a run! 9 guys kindly rolled out of their cozy beds to partake in some running and pain-stations…and some even enjoyed it.
Started with the disclaimer, hearing no FNGs, we proceeded.
All exercises were 10 counts,except as noted.

Turned the head-lights on and ran up Birkdale Commons Parkway roughly 0.8 miles (some called it an 1/8 of a mile), stopped for our first pain station at the far end of Breckinridge development (dead end street)

Ran another roughly 0.8 mile, or some called it another 1/8 mile to the second pain station, being careful along the Birkdale road re-surfacing project.

Deep, slow squats ("up down" works better than counting cadence…live and learn)
Ran to the third pain station…which was more than 0.8 miles. Sprinklers felt good!
