9 men, including 2 FNGs, came out on a refreshingly cooler morning to watch Vortex steal from the great Qs of SVU.
1 of the FNGs is Cropduster…recently moved to the area from the Shelby pax

Grab a block and head to front entrance.
Theft #2 – Dandelion's little baby hill
- Block Quadraphelia up to top of hill
- Shoulder Press X 10IC
- Mosey back
- Repeato 3 times
Head to front playground.
Theft #3 – Cheetah's wooly worms
Get back in same 3 groups.
- Wooly Worms X 20IC Counter
- Block Curls
- Bulgarian Split Squats
- Repeato 3 times
Return blocks to their home and back out to AO.
