I’ll See YOU in Court


I took the outline of:

200m sprint, 25 Burpees, 50 Pushups, 75 Squats, and 100 Flutter Kicks (& repeato)

and adjusted to include many animal inspired movements up and down the Wynfield Forest BBall court.

Plus 5 minutes of Broga at the end.

 

Amoeba made it out to his second Kotter post of the week.  I'd say he's officially back.

Amen and SweetC competed to who could put the loadest burp in their "burp"ee.  It was Amen.

Ultraman scooted up and down the court with us all morning.  So awesome to see him do the no footed lunges, and no handed crawl bears.  #Strong

TopGun hadly broke a sweat this AM.  Maybe next time the Q will come up with something challenging.

Kumquat was off making sure Amoeba had proper form on all exercises.  Or at least I think thats what he was doing. Who knows?

Thanks Force for allowing me back to get after it with the early crew at The Wilderness.  Always a fun time.
