YHC was humbled with the 19 PAX that showed up this morning even though I had fired a warning shot by posting the route the night before. PAX not listed: Pink Slip, Private Pyle, and FNG Buddy Love
Warmup: a Poor version of the disclaimer, poor description of the route.
The Thang: We fired off from Hope Park with a strong peloton at an F2 pace. Much mumble chatter. Cheez Whiz did a great job trying to EH a lone wolf runner. Once we jumped the guardrail and reached the gravel hill a breakaway started to form. 6 runners made it to the fence post and completed the O'a'B that is the Biffle loop. On the run back many words of encouragement were shared. YHC circled for the 6 and thought he had everyone, but failed and left 2 out of the COT.
