YHC had the pleasure of leading 4 fine men this morning for a sweat fest circuit: Schweaty Bells.
The Warmup-
Arms are already so swoll from all pax being Mustang, that we had to loosen them up first.
Arm Circles, forward then back.
Love yourself with some arm hugs immedietly followed by
Cotton pickers x 15 (ish right zippy?)
SSH x 15
The Thang-
YHC gets made fun of for his lack of ability to count cadence. In keeping with tradition, I made a circuit of suck, so I wouldn't have to count.

Reflection
This verse didn't capture what I truly wanted to convey, but we went with it before we got into the story:
Ecclesiastes 3 New International Version (NIV)
A Time for Everything
3 There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:
2 a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
3 a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
4 a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
5 a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
6 a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
7 a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
8 a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
I shared a very personal story with the pax about something that happened last weekend with the family. Show to know (or ask somoeone who came) but its not something I want to put out here. Enjoy the time you have here with your fellow brothers, your family, and especially your kids.
The Moleskin-
Everyone loved the Jump Squats. The also loved the lunges immediately following the jump squats.

Mater might be a "Love Machine" according to his last TSA attendant.

If celebrities weren't bad enough, Mater has a standing order to have a Reuben sandwich delivered to his room every night he is on vacation.
SVU forgot to turn off the humidifier last night and ruined it for everyone (as usual). Every pax was soaked.
Thanks for the support after our reflection fellas. I plan on getting my instructor certificate for CPR here soon in addition to my current BLS certificate and giving that out to all pax for free. Stay tuned for that in the next few months. See you after vacation!
