YHC was marking his 5 year journey with F3. A big crowd of 36 showed including 3 FNG's, 1 Kotter, and the following PAX whose names weren't listed on the site: Moon River, Soul Glo, Bonanza, Pyle, Scrubs (?). The WD was Lear at 70, the WB was Lambeau at 15.
We celebrated YHC unbroken record of 94 consecutive posts, a feat unequaled in the short yet illustrious history of F3 Race City (aka Truck City, aka Hill People), and a point of derision form the old guard of RC. As the Wall had not been completed in time, several interlopers from TPR invaded to see how it's REALLY done. And as a Smart Q, YHC utilized the talents of the various PAX to save his breath.
Tha Thang:
– Pledge of Allegiance led by Lear.
– 1 Burpee, led by the actual Q.
– Slow Mosey around the parking areas to circle up.
– 25 SSH led by ?
– 25 IST's led by Deep End.
– 20 merkins led by Crack, with a slo-mo version at the end.
– 10 Slow deep squats by Big Mean, with a sensual interlude from Brushless.
– 10 Cotton pickers by Duvall.
– 15 Mountain climbers by Chief.
– And sadly, 15 Monkey humpers by the aforementioned pole dancer Brushless.
Mosey down the steps and to the rocks, grab a rock and circle up on the soccer field.
– The 7's, 7 curls, 7 count rest, for 7 reps, then jog/sprint to a sideline and back.
– Repeato 6 reps, mosey.
– Repeato 5 reps, mosey.
– Repeato entire cycle 7/6/5 with curls, skull crushers, presses, bench press, and bent over rows/pulls. We rotated a few times too.
Replace rocks and move a few yards left to the slope.
– Ladder at top starting with 25 merkins, 20 Carolina dry docks, 15 squats, 10 merkins, 5 CDD's.
– At bottom, ladder down from 5 burpes to one. Bear crawl, walk, ride the train up and down the hill.
Mosey to parking area for 100 LBC's by Lear. Recover, recover.

Moleskin:
– Frosty did extra stuff cause he "wanted a workout".
– Brushless is still the whitest man in the world, as evidenced by his blinding white thighs. Can't. Be. Unseen.
– TPR was well-represented by Duvall, Gable, and Grouch, and a couple more that may have been from there. Should have built the wall sooner.
