This all started as just something fun to do. Dry Pond Brew Run on Wednesday nights. Many PAX show up to this every week. Our continued support of the running group has earned us a spot on 3 different nights to be featured at the event. Tonight was the first night. FNG is Crop Duster.
We had the crowd join us in 4 quick warm up exercises, predetermined for 4 different PAX to call out to demo for the crowd what F3 is.

Then we lead the group out to begin the 5K run.
Rain came in about half way through, but the temperature was pretty good, and the rain felt great.
