5 men met on a humid morning for an off the cuff workout

Warmorama:

1 block jog followed by SSH, wind mill, cherry picker, neck stretchs and Mercans

The Thang:

10 burpees

jog to 1st pain station, speculation as Arizona pulls out, dressed to the 9's and a new do!

pain station – clock plank, lbc's, mercans, plank jacks and more plank 

Hill assualt – bear crawl grassy hill, 5-1 mercans on top, 10 each side lungs on bottom

Mosey to bottom of hill – rail workout

declines, single leg squat

mosey to playground

plank. group play session, with force brought by Slow Roll.

Pinky -3 set (continuous) legs

Slow Roll – 10 pull ups, 32 dips, 10 pull ups, 30 dips

Double Double – mercan platter (I can't recall name) – incline, side cline, decline, sidecline

Twister – dying cockroach

Natty – CDDs

Mosey to rail

repeat of declines, single leg squats

mosey up hill, stop for survival.  sprint, walk, sprint

Moleskin – my arms, legs and buttocks all hurt.
