12 hard chargers showed up nice and early to ruck and get their morning started early 24 in total including 4 FNGs and 2 guys not listed on the website ( Teton, Sausage King) started off their day with a bang. Their were a few guys who decided rucking this workout was going to be a great idea. Hurdle, Finger Lickin Good, Chicken Little, Comet. We left from the parking lot straigh to the hill by the road. Bear crawl up the hill 3 times and mosey back around to the bottom each time Then continue our mosey across the street mixing in Butt Kickers and High Knees along the way. We mosied all the way down to the Circle at the end of Gasoline Alley.

Directions for the gloom dial. Back up Gasoline Alley is 12 olock mosey to the grass on the right bear crawl up the hill 5 merkins at the top crawl bear back down for 5 merkins at the bottom repeato and then mosey back to the gloom dial and plank. 3 oclock mosey to the large wall. 5 burpees climb up the wall mosey down to the oragne cone climb down 5 more burpees and mosey back to the gloom dial and plank and wait. 6 oclock run around behind the building 5 merkins 5 burpees 5 8 count body builders then mosey back to the gloom dial and plank. 9 oclock preachers chair with steering wheel x 10 then balls to the wall with a slow 10 count hold. Mosey back to the gloom dial and plank. Repeato round 2 on your own then plank after finished with 9 oclock.
Return to start stopping for 2 rounds of belly sprints on the way back.
