A double downed sweatfest at the Hangover

After a Caboose beatdown in the muggy greenway, 4 PAX (Bam Bam, Rooter, Bunyan and Kosar) stuck around for a Bam Bam Hangover beating.  Caboose and Qbert went on to get coffee and awaited their usually heckling spots for the Hangover crew.  We figured if no one else showed up we would at least work out until caboose and qbert left.  But alas, Tommy Boy and Tin Cup showed up and the workout was on!

All the way increasing 2 burpees and 2 merkins each time

we threw in some pull ups (30 or so) and curls during the suicides just to get a break

Run down to the new benches and did the Pinky Pie to 6

Runaround back to blocks

we had a few minutes left and started to mosey slowly to cars, but then ACDC started rocking out to Shoot To Thrill and i just couldn't call it quits
