Happy 48th Birthday Hat Trick!
So this was my first ever MMM workout and was blown away by the number of PAX that I got to led this AM.
Warm-O-Rama
- Lap around the parking lot
- SSH
- CP
- TS
- IST
Thang (KB)
- 5 burpees
- Hand Release Merkins (w/ hands to the sky) – Ok so this is one that I wanted to try but sucked b/c I didn't know the best way to call cadence. But I still think is an awesome exersice LOL
- Held a plank and then did some yoga type stretches
- Curls x 20
- Shoulder Press x 15
- Bent over one arm row: 10 each arm
- 20 KB swing
- Hand Release merkins x 10
Jogged to end of parking lot and lined up.
- 15 curls, run to 2nd light, 15 squat, quadraphilia back
- 15 should press, run to 2nd light, 15 jump squat, quadraphilia back
- 15 KB swing, bear crawl to 1st light, 10 lungs each leg, crawl bear back
- 50 Rocky Balboa
- Walking Merkin, 1 merkin then hand walk one step, …. continue to island
- 15 curl, 10 KB swing, 10 lungs each leg – then run lap around full parking lot.
Ladder
- 10 KB swing, jog to island, 1 burpee
- 9 KB swing, jog to island, 2 burpee
- ………….
Mary

- box cutter
- pick pounder
- hand release merkings and plank
- recover recover….
It is great to try new workouts. Thank you Omega for letting me be apart of MMM. It was fun to work out with some PAX I had never met and others I don't bump into that often.
From the start it was a hot and muggy morning, but all the PAX pushed themselves and got in a good workout.
