YHC confused Hollywood with The Berean and accidentally parked at the fountain in front of the movie theater. A few pax actually did read the PB and reluctantly followed my lead. However, there were still others that did not get the memo so we moseyed back to Starbucks to meet their expectations. Since I was the only one that parked so far from the actual launch pad, I was planning on walking back after the workout. Thanks to Jimmy O, I didn't have to walk. He had the great idea of having the pax push my car to Starbucks (more on that later). Jimmy O also approached me before the beatdown ensued to ensure we weren't going to do any exercises to exacerbate his shoulder injury. During the workout, he also instructed me on new AO rules and what we could and couldn't use. That being said, I would like to thank Jimmy O for Co-Qing this great workout. He had as much to do with the planning as I did (ha ha).

Native American (Indian) Run to the parking deck ramp where I was reminded that we can't use the parking decks (thanks Jimmy O)…Native American Run to the greenway hill where we spotted rabbits trying to elude us. At that time, I joked that the next exercise would be chasing rabbits. I forgot that Stray takes things quite literally and took off in an all out sprint toward the rabbits. I heard someone say, "I've never seen him move that fast" to which someone responded, "Stray or the rabbits?"…
…partner up, partner 1-LBCs, partner 2-run the hill, flip flop until the pair completes a total of 500 LBCs (OUCH).
Reverse Lunge up the hill (unless you are planning on speedwork the following day, then just walk up). btw, that was the first time I got a refusenik excuse stating that one couldn't do an exercise because they were planning to exercise tomorrow (I may be paraphrasing). I won't mention the offender's name, but it rhymes with "Ron Snow." I should mention that I expect mumble chatter and refusenik-ing when I Q because I am an extensive offender myself when someone else is Qing.
