– As we were mingling asked Hippie for one of his favorite bands, which I was going to select as the station on Amazon Music. He selected The Avett Brothers…and to be honest was a little skeptical at first but provided some great background tunes for our tour of the AO. Nice choice!
– For the Animal Suicide only did the exercise one way and ran back. Thinking next time to complete both ways.
– Meant for this to be a “recovery” workout from the Monday Murph but sure didn’t feel like it. Strong work done by all.
– Jimmy O had to modify a little due to shoulder injury but more than made up for it by rucking from his house.
– Thanks to Mayhem for providing the opportunity to lead and finishing up with us. After a solo Standard (and a slight five mile “detour” through Montieth Park), could have easily driven home but instead decided to meet up with the Pax. Appreciate the dedication and leadership!
